unable to connect from outside to server

Hello everyone,

I just purchased my SSL certs from godaddy and installed it my exch server, but i am having problem connecting from outside. I cannot connect to sync.mydomain.org, https://mail.mydomain.org/owa. I don't know what to do! I ran the remote connectivity analizer and this is what i got.
