ok so I am probably asking this question twice but I have setup my exchange 2010 server to accept multiple domains.  Now I go and create a separate user and give them the address of my second domain.  I give manage full access, manage send as and send on behalf.  When the second user gets added to my outlook I change the from box to the second domain email address and send an email.  I then get the following response.  So what happnened and why does this not work?

my name (myemail@mydomain.com)
You can't send a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so. Please make sure you're sending on behalf of the correct sender, or request the necessary permission. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
