We use the notes field in active directory to record information about operations performed to the user accounts. It was recently pointed out that that the notes field displays in exchange and OWA. I have tried using the Details template editor to remove the notes field from the en-us/user and en-us/contact templates. But have not yet seen any change in outlook or OWA.
Do I need to make changes anywhere else? I have two Client Access Servers. Do the servers need to be restarted?
