Message Tracking logs problem

Running Exchange 2010 and have moved all logs to a new drive and i'm now having problems using Tracking Log Explorer within the Tool box.  I'm getting results up to the point when i moved the logs but nothing after the move.

Here's what i have done:

Created a new drive on the server, with the EMC went to Organization Configuration/Mailbox selected each of the 4 Databases and right clicked and selected Move Database Path, changed just the Log Folder path to the new drive and clicked Move.  Each of the 4 logs folders were moved without a problem.

Next copied the three following folders to the new drive:

Connectivity Log

Protocol Logs

Tracking Logs

Within the EMC under Server Configuration/Hub Transport right click the Hub Transport and click properties and then Log Settings and changed all four paths to the new location of the copied folders on the new drive.  Applied this and then rebooted the server.

Now send a few emails from my account, go into EMC/Toolbox/Tracking Log Explorer and select Recipients and enter my account and do the last day and nothing else selected i get no results.  If i do the same search but move it back to before i did the move i get the logs of all the emails i have received.  If i do another search and un select Recipients and select Sender for just the last day with my account i get some results from the test emails i have sent but only the SUBMIT EventID and no RECEIVE,DELIVER, SEND< TRANSFER, EXPAND,REDIRECT,RESOLVE.  However if i again go back to before i did the move i get EventID for all these.

All the logs in the new location on the new drive are been updated but they are either not been populated with any tracking info or Tracking Log Explorer isn't looking at them, but this can't be the case as it is picking up old data from before the move.

Anyone know why this is happening.
