Global address list not in correct order in Exchange 2010 with outlook 2010

Hi,

We have Exchange 2010 environment (upgraded from 2007), when i try to search the users using GAL it doesn't show users in alphabetical order. 

Is there way that i can change the way GAL works when i search for users? Please suggest.
