Just wondering if other people see this (have seen a few blogs around the web, but given iPhones are so prominent in organisations I thought there would be more about it!). The testexchangeconnectivity.com site reports no issues and the windows mobile 8 devices work fine and fill in the server name for you - so is autodiscover a MS only technology?
Windows Phone 8 devices autodiscover the server name fine. iOS devices do not. I believe this is due to the fact that the iOS devices use the email address as the UPN which in most companies is never firstname.lastname@domain.com?
The iPhone syncs fine when manually typing in the server name, but autodiscover does not fill in the server name for you. Is this normal for iOS devices? Works fine apart from that, but you know what execs are like about having to type in domain names ;)
Autodiscover is set to autodiscover.domain.com - maybe iOS devices can only check onwww.domain.com/autodiscover?
