MAPI function fails on connecting to mailbox

Hello Everyone, I'm not able to connect to Exchange2010 mailbox using MFCMAPI tool (latest MAPI CDO is in place). The error says:

Code: MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER == 0x8004011D

What does that error exactly mean (especially its code in this context)? Maybe this line in code can tell you something ;)? What are the best ways to troubleshoot such issue? Maybe you faced with such and already have some solutions?
