Replying to email changes SMTP address to local SMTP formatting

I have a user when she replies to an outside email, the recipient email address gets changed to the local smtp addressing and it tries to deliver it locally.  Of course, the mailbox is not local so she gets an NDR.  It doesn't matter if the recipient is listed in our GAL or not. She seems to be the only person this is happening to, or that has reported it.  I've tried looking through the event logs but not really sure what to be looking for.  This does not happen to all external emails.  Google, Yahoo etc all work fine.  It's specific to a sister company.

Example:  She receives an email from someone@yourcompany.com.  She replies to the email.  The information in the To Field is still correct and hits send.  She gets an NDR becuase the email address was changed to someone@mycompany.com

We are Exchange 2010, user is Outlook 2010.  All service packs and updates have been applied to both

I had a previous thread about this but the problem has come back.  The initial fix was having her in cached mode but force her Outlook to use the server GAL instead of the cached copy.  This worked for a while but just started failing again.  We have tested replying from her PC, from OWA and from her iPhone all with the same results.  If I open her outlook and reply to an email, it works fine.  I don't think its and issue with her Exchange account.  If it was then I should see the same problem when I go into her mailbox.

Any ideas?  Anyone?

Steve
