Forwarding Limits in Exchange 2010

Hi, Ex 2010 SP1 and two questions about forwarding

1- how can i forward emails sent to a mailbox to two or more people (i can only choose one in forwarding in mail flow settings)

2-how i can forward emails to a third person by the email of second one ! i mean assume this scenario

A sends email to B

B is set to forward emails to C (and keep a copy for himself)

now the email is forwarded to C but its source and sender is shown the A

i do not want this for some reason ! i want the B to forward the email to C and i do not want C to know that the initial originator and sender is A
