outlook anywhere check box is checked automatically

Hi,

Ihave exchange 2010 in my environment. I have not enabled outlook anywhere for my exchange organization.

users are connected mailbox using outlook. in account settings i could see outlook anywhere is enabled.

why it is enabled.? Please assist what is behind of that settings.
