Unable to delete messages that have been received from Printer/Scanner

Hi,

I have two users who have scanned documents from a cannon mfc scanner and get the scanned document as an attachment in a message. When this message arrives in outlook, the messages cannot be deleted by the user and the message cannot be moved to another folder by dragging it.

I have created a rule that moves any messages that come into the outbox from "somescanner@corp.domain" into a folder called Scans which sits under inbox for both users. When the user goes to that folder, the user can then delete the messages.

Win version 6.1
Outlook version 2010, no sp
Exchange version 14.2 (Build 247.5) with rollup 6

Any ideas?
