I am migrating my Exchange 2003 environment over to Exchange 2010, and one of those steps involves a few mailboxes that are set up to book boardrooms with the calendar. Normally these rooms have delegates that accept or reject meeting requests manually. I am now moving them to Exchange 2010 and changing their type to room and setting up the auto-attendant to do this work.
In moving my first room over I noticed that auto-responses from the attendant that included meeting times (such as conflicting meeting denial messages) had a mysterious message at the bottom: All times listed are in the following time zone: Customized Time Zone
I logged directly into the mailbox using a new profile and looked at the calendar settings under time zone and it is set properly to the Eastern Time Zone (GMT -5) so I'm not sure what it is referring to.
Has anyone else seen this and perhaps knows how to go about fixing it?
Environment: Exchange 2003 running on HP Proliant physical servers, Windows Server 2003 R2
Exchange 2010 running virtualized on ESX 4.0 hosts on HP Proliant G6 servers, Windows Server 2008 R2
Thanks,
