It seems that I can no longer create outlook rules that include public folders. For example I cannot create a rule that any email assigned to the “troy” category will have a copy placed in the “troy” folder in my public folders.
I've checked the following;
- I have "Owner" permissions on the folder i am trying to include in the rules.
- I can manually drag/drop/delete/update emails in that folder.
- I have run a fix from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features folder.
