We had a SBS 2003 exchange server and then we moved to a Windows Server 2008 R2 Exchange 2010 server. All seems to work well, if I edit distribution groups member on either sides (Exchange 2010 or our old SBS 2003 server, yes still online), it replicates to each other.
One example, if I edit 'group01' from Exchange 2010 server and add person1 and person2, if I go to SBS 2003, I can see the changes. Then if I delete person2 from that group but from SBS 2003 server, I can see the change from Exchange 2010 server. So it seems to work.
If I go to Outlook web access, the changes I make are replicated without a problem. But inside Outlook 2010, configured to work in cached mode, I can't see the changes, the groups don't update themselves. If I untick 'Cached Mode' and restart Outlook, I can see the change, but we want to stay with cached mode.
From my Exchange 2010 server, all services seems fine (Microsoft Exchange Address Book = Automatic and statred, Microsoft Exchange File Distribution = Automatic and started, etc.).
If I go to 'C:\Program files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ExchangeOAB\<some GUID>' and 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess\OAB\<some GUID>' looking for file 'oab.xml', I find it, but it doesn't seems to update itself, each file has a 'Date modified : October 9, but we are October 17, shouldn't be updated like everyday?
Can someone help me on this?
Thanks a lot!
