We have an Exchange 2010 Server and Outlook 2010 clients. Most of our users have their personal mailbox and an additional groupmailbox (Type User Mailbox) for most of their emails they use the sender adress of this group mailbox.
There are about a dozen users using this setup with said group mailbox. Since one week one of those users experiences a problem. Out of 10 to 20 emails shes sending withthe group mail box as sender adress 1 of them gets returned as error, but in most cases can be sent using the same senderadress on second or third try.
The error messages look similiar to this:

groupmailbox@domain.com Sie können keine Nachrichten im Auftrag eines anderen Absenders senden, sofern Sie keine entsprechende Berechtigung besitzen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Nachricht im Auftrag des richtigen Absenders senden, oder fordern Sie die entsprechende Berechtigung an. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an den Helpdesk.

Since it's only one user who expiriences this and only a few times a day and even not reproducable I don't know where to search further. I already tried checking the permission (Send-As, Full Access, Active-Directory SELF-Rights and so on) doing Exchange
BPA and Mailflow Troubleshooting and clearing the auto complete list in users Outlook. The error still exists and I don't have any idea where to look further.
