Office for Mac 2011 + TMG: testexchangeconnectivity 403 forbidden error

I am trying to connect a MacBook Air through TMG 2010 to my 2010 Exchange Server.  When I test utilizing the testexchangeconnectivity.com website, I get the below.  The interesting thing is if I go directly to the Exchange.asmx page, I am presented the Forefront login window and have no issues logging in and getting the WSDL page. The Office for Mac Outlook client simply says it cannot connect to the Exchange Server.  I am making the assumption that since I can log into the Exchange.asmx page that I have everything necessary to access the Exchange Server from the Internet via EWS but obviously that is an incorrect assumption.  Any help would be appreciated.

Not all tests of Exchange Web Services tasks completed.
Test Steps
Creating a temporary folder to perform synchronization tests.
Failed to create temporary folder for performing tests.
