451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "454 4.7.0 Temporary authentication failure"

Hi everybody!

I have a forest contoso.com (DC server named DC1 and Exchange named EX1) and subdomain sub.contoso.com (DC server named DC2 and Exchange named EX2). They are in different AD Site. DC2 and EX2 is fresh installed. Both Exchange server is 2010 sp2. EX1 care about mail domain CONTOSO.NET and EX2 care about mail domain CONTOSO.BIZ

When I try to send email from contoso.biz to contoso.net in logs (I already elevate loging level send\receive to expert level) I can see:

Clik here to view.

Time is syncronized on domain controllers.

FW is not blocking anything and all port is opened.

There is no SPN duplicate.

Please tell me what to do in this case?
