My emails send from my exchanger server, gmail put them into spam folder.

yahoo & msn.com, hotmail are all working all right, only gmail.

I created SPF with microsoft wizard, now I don't where shall I input this spf record?

I got a web hosting which is hosting my website, but I set up my own exchange server from my own office.

is the SPF record for web hosting or for my own server dns?
