SMTP Send Connector using Hub Transport

I have a single Small Business server2011 running exchange running exchange server 2010 (on premises) which came with it. I don't need a second server so installing Edge Transport is not an option. I have set up the MX record on the DNS but the listening port 25 is being blocked by EdgeTransport.exe. Is there a way to change the default TCP port to bypass this? I found articles for earlier versions of exchange but not for 2010.
