any way to share OWA calendar to gmail caledar

Ia consultant that needs to share his owa calendar with gmail calendar any way to do this

I try sending a shared from OWA and get the email to gmail  but from gmail not sure what are the next steps

it gives me two url

xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxx.....

and 

To subscribe to this calendar using an Internet calendar-compatible program, such as Microsoft Outlook 2007 or a later version, copy and paste the following Web address into your Web browser:

please help
