Cannot downlad offline adress book by oultlook anywhere

Hi 

Looking for troubleshooting a problem

I cannot download any offline address book when I log with my outlook 2010/2007 client to my exchange 2010 server by outlook anywhere

No books appears to select like in the screen below:

Mailbox, CAS ,edge and hub roles are collocated in different server.
