Risks with Outlook Anywhere

Hi

We are migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2010. We are using Outlook anywhere with both Exchange 2003 and 2010. Some security analysts recommonded not to use this feature because of security threats. We are using 3rd party reverse proxy and wild card certificate to enhance the security for both OWA and Outlook A/W.

Can anyone explain the risks with Outlook anywhere and how to mitigate it? Also is it recommomded to use this feature on security point of view?
