RPC over HTTP multi site DAG not working

Hi guys,

I currently have a pretty odd issue here.

First let me explain my infrastructure..

6 Exchange 2010 servers divided in 2 DAGs (DAG-1 and DAG-2) spread across 2 sites.

SiteA has the following setup

SiteA-DAG-1-Active
SiteA-DAG-1-Lag
SiteA-Dag-2-Passive

SiteB has the following setup

SiteB-DAG-2-Active
SiteB-DAG-2-Lag
SiteB-DAG-1-Passive

Every Exchange server has CAS and MB roles installed.

1 TMG Server in SiteA acting as a reverse proxy for Outside connections.

7 more Exchange 2010 server spread across different sites (all running individual mailbox databases)

Outside connections go through TMG which fowards the connection to SiteA-DAG-1-Active. From there, usual mechanic happens and outlook/owa is forwarded to the proper CAS/MB.

This used to work fine until I started updating from SP1 to SP3 (no special config changes existed, everything was "out of the box" when running SP1).

Now I have this weird issue where a client connecting from the outside (RPC-over-HTTP) trying to reach a Mailbox database hosted in SiteB cannot retrieve mail.. Outlook says "Connected to Exchange". Connection status only has 1 connection which says connected (Compared to 4 usually I think). OWA and ActiveSync Works just fine.

Any other Site works fine (the ones not in the DAG).

If I host both DAG-1 and DAG-2 in SiteA, RPC-over-HTTP works fine. If I host either in SiteB, whichever is hosted there doesn't work (vs the one in SiteA works). If both are hosted in SiteB neither obviously work.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary in the event log, nor in TMG. I am kind of out of places to look at right now.. Anyone has any insight they can provide?

Thanks!
