Hi,
We have a mailbox account that is shared - by 2 people who deal with customer enquiries.
Currently it has a number of addresses set up one being customerservices@domain.co.uk. The inbox has a subfolder, labelled "Customer Services".
Now at the moment, users are having to manually move every message that comes from that address into the folder. Is there a way on Exchange 2010 to do this automatically at server level?
I understand that this can be done in the Outlook client but this is not sufficient.
