we have a very uncommon problem with one of our customers. I hope that someone can help.
We have an exchange server 2010 running on a 2008 R2 server vm. Everything is running fine for 60 clients on mobile phones (iphone, blackberry and android) OWA or outlook (2007 & 2010). There is only one guy having problems receiving emails with outlook 2010 with his laptop using WAN. Not all, but some emails are cut off anywhere in the middle of the content. When he checks the email afterwards using his mobile or owa everything is alright. Only the email in his outlook client is cut off. Until know he only has this problem with emails he revceived over WAN. When the connection is wired or he uses WLAN everything is alright. So you could think it is a WAN problem. But... When we delete his outlook profile and set up a new one everything is alright for about 3 month. Afterwards we have the same problem again.

Lenovo T400
Windows 7
Outlook 2010
He uses exchange cache mode and receives emails using https
Any Idea would be highly appreciatet as we - and the internet - runned out of ideas. Maybe there is anyone outside that has a solution for us :)
