Collect Over Metrics Scheduling

I would like to monitor the database fail over status using collectovermetrics.ps1 file, so I thought of scheduling the script to run week and it will generate the last weeks failover report as email to me.

Please help me with the script ps1 file which will have the task to run the collectovermetrics.ps1 file and to get the generated output csv file and sent it as email.
