Our external domain name "XXX.edu" (we got a SAN Cert from Thirdy Party) and internal domain "YYY.edu" is giving us issue before moving the namespace to Exchange 2010.
So far, all the commands run from the shell point to the external domain, for instances virtual directory, OWA for URL, ActiveSync. Currently, we have the autodiscover turned off.
So far during our testing, Outlook gets "The Name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site" (we modified the host file for testing).
I have read enough threads about this issue but still not sure what is the best solution. Can somebody stir me to the right direction. We do not have the rights to "YYY.edu" anymore.
