I have been trying to install SP3 for several days but keep ending up with errors. The first error I was able to fix by following: http://www.erdalozkaya.com/post/2012/08/08/Exchange-Server-2010-SP-update-errors.aspx

Now however I am getting the following error and I am lost as to how to resolve this. I hope someone can help. Please let me know if Additional info is needed
