I have a user who sent a reply to a message to two people. Now each night another copy of the message is sent to both people. The messages are actually in the senders "Sent items" folder. I have checked and there are no tasks scheduled in Outlook. There is nothing sitting in the user "outbox" folder. He doesn't have Outlook open at night. We've had a new Outlook profile created to rule out .ost corruption.
I'm really at a loss here about at what I should be checking.
Exchange 2010 RU4.
On the mailbox server there is an event 9826 recorded at about that time but I don't see how it is relevant.
