Same Message is Sent each night at about 1:12 AM.

I have a user who sent a reply to a message to two people.  Now each night another copy of the message is sent to both people.  The messages are actually in the senders "Sent items" folder.  I have checked and there are no tasks scheduled in Outlook.  There is nothing sitting in the user "outbox" folder.  He doesn't have Outlook open at night.  We've had a new Outlook profile created to rule out .ost corruption.

I'm really at a loss here about at what I should be checking.

Exchange 2010 RU4.

On the mailbox server there is an event 9826 recorded at about that time but I don't see how it is relevant.

Starting from 4/18/2013 9:11:54 PM service Exchange Transport has performed this activity on the server:
RPC Operations: 157032.
Database Pages Read: 10557 (of which 2092 pages preread).
Database Pages Updated: 426673 (of which 388959 pages reupdated).
Database Log Records Generated: 430579.
Database Log Records Bytes Generated: 407856636.
Time in Server: 337114 ms.
Time in User Mode: 68937 ms.
Time in Kernel Mode: 3635 ms.

Here is the Tracking I see for the messages.
