We are running an exchange 2010 environment. The company are using a webbased service to send out newsletters. When we try to send a newsletter in Ukraine language it works fine to external customers. But when we send it to our own exchande some characters are changed to numbers.
The company that hosts the newsletter service tells us that we should change character set from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 on our Exchange servers.
Is that possible and in that case how do i do it? Is there any risks in changeing character set for the entire environment? Could something else go wrong?
