Monitor Draft Folder

Hi,

We are running Exchange 2010 SP2 with FPE 2010 RU4. 

Due to data leakage using Draft Folder we are checking some possibilities to scan the Draft folder for confidential keywords or storing attachments in the draft folder.

Kindly share the possibilities of achieving this, it could be either through FPE keyword filtering on MB or any other alternate of protecting data leakage through Draft Folder.
