Running Exchange 2010 SP1, the 2 users with issues, have around 5GB or so Mailboxes with about 5 shared mailboxes are experiencing an issue where it says "Connected to Exchange" but folder has not updated since xx:xx
Cached mode is enabled
If they do a send/receive then it will bring in all new emails.
I have so far renamed the ost file to .old and allowed it to resync all the items from Exchange.
Any further thoughts on this? I have read an article which states taking the checkbox out of Download shared folders near the cached options, recommended? What does this do?
