We are currently experiencing bizarre issue with internal emails.
Server details are as follows:
Windows Server SBS 2011 St SP1
Exchange 2010 v.14.01.0438
Some of the internal emails not being delivered to the recipients. There is nothing related to the problem in the system or application log in the SBS server. The only track of the undelivered email can be found in Tracking Log Explorer where missing emails are showing DUPLICATE in EventId and STOREDRIVER in Source.
There is no other evidence available for the failure. Problem is intermittent and occurs for random users at random time intervals, however it only seems to happen for internal emails.
Any advise or help would be appreciated.
