Moving Exchange server 2010 sp1 running on DC to new Server

Hi,

I have Exchange server 2010 sp1 with ALL Exchange roles(CAS,Mail box,Hub transport role installed on Domain controller ,It is the only one server in that domain.OS is windows server 2008R2 sp1.

Now I have got another Server with better hardware specification.I want to move AD,DC and exchange server all roles to new server.After Everything AD,DC and Exchange server moved from old hardware to new server i want to remove old server from network.

Please suggest me how should i go ahead.

I am planning to follow below steps.

1. Make new server ADC and install exchange server on ADC.

2. Move all mailbox databases to new server.

3. Move all other exchange roles to new server.

4. Transfer all 5 roles from old DC to New server.

Will any body suggest detailed steps to move AD,DC and exchange server roles to new server.Without interrrupting mail flow.
