Bulk disable 'Restricted recipient' mail tip

Hi

I need to disable the 'Restricted Recipient' mail tip across a user base of 600 people. This is a manual process in Outlook 2010 by going to File menu -> Options -> Mail -> MailTips Options -> Clear the check box for 'Restricted Recipient'.

I want to push this change out to all the users using SCCM, a group policy or a registry change but have not yet been able to find out the exact change that needs to be pushed out.

Is someone able to advise exactly what change is made by clearing the 'restricted recipient' mail tip check box so that change can be pushed out or a group policy / script that would do this?
