We have 4 exchange 2010 servers with all with SP2 and rollup6. Two CAS servers are in LLB and two mailbox servers are in DAG. All servers are in same site. On random outlook 2010 clients email won't download in cached mode. It struck saying that last updated at XX:XXPM. I have tried disbaling and enabling cached mode didn't work.The fix so far is to go into Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups> change the Schedule for Send/Receive to 1 minute > Edit > tick the Include selected account in this group.
Every thign was fine when we were running on SP1. This started happening after upgrading to SP2.
