I'm stumped by this problem I've come accross and wondering if anyone can help. I've searched but can't seem to find anything that matches on here or on Google
I have a few users (not too many) that show in the Exchange GAL but don't show up when trying to find them in the "Find a Contact" box in outlook. However if I then click on the "Search address books" link, it opens their address list entry.
This happens when anyone tries to find these people so I don't think it is a client issue.
A picture is below that should show the issue, does anyone have any ideas what is wrong?
