I'm running Exchange 2010 with all updates (14.01.0421.002). When I check the box to reject emails sent to mailboxes that don't exist, a rejection email isn't sent out. I also tested blocking all emails sent to a specific user but that doesn't function either. Is there a configuration of some sort for the domain's AddressBook?
