Hello,
Today one user complained he is not able to receive email from external email address.
So i have checked & send one test email from my personal email address which after i checked into OWA; disappear after seconds. Same with outlook.
User has not inbox rules created. I find the same result even after creating new profile on different machine.
First time i am facing such issues. Kindly help.
