Hi,
We've recently migrated to Exchange 2010, and during that migration we had noticed a problem with the autocomplete function of Outlook 2010. The cause was due to the co-existing we did with our old Lotus Notes environment and the solution was deleting that suggested contact in your outlook client. After that the client was fine.
I'm hearing from my users that they are starting to experience this problem within the OWA website now, and there is no way to "click the little x" within OWA. The only helpful thing i've found is the following instructions. I'm really hoping there's something else that can be done to clean this up, as this is hardly user friendly:
The only available option is to delete e-mail entries:
1. Delete an entry from the list using OWA
a. Login to mailbox via OWA
b. Create a new meeting request
c. Begin typing the entry you want to delete until you see it in the Auto Complete list
d. To remove one entry from the list, highlight the name in the Auto Complete list, arrow up and arrow down allow you to highlight the name you want to remove
e. When the entry is highlighted, press the Delete button on your keyboard
