Exchange 2010 primary address issue

I have a user that noticed her primary email address was changed somehow from cvollermer@mycompanycom to  vollermer@mycompanycom. In Exchange Management Console the cvollermer@mycompanycom is in bold indicating this is her primary email address. But in outlook or when users email her it defaulting to this address vollermer@mycompanycom and this address is appearing in GAL.
