We are running Exchange 2010 Ent SP2 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1. We are an Enterprise Agreement Client so all users are running Office 2010 Pro Plus, so online archiving is available to us. We would like to implement some very simple retention policies. Basically we want to keep everything in their mailbox for 90 days then move it to their archive. Sounds pretty simple, obviously too complicated for me. To make it even easier we do want to allow users to set personal tags. That’s right everyone, initially will get the same policy applied.

Can someone recommend another links(s) so I can read more. I do not think we are being that complicated, guess I need a few more pointers.
