I enabled Outlook Anywhere. Seems to work behind the firewall but outside clients are not able to connect. The autoConnect doesn't work at all.
We do have a third party Certificate from GeoTrust???
When I go to TestExchangeconnectivity and put in the webmail entries manually I do get quite a few ok steps. Stops at "Attempting to Ping RPC Proxy. RPC Proxy can't be pinged" An HTTP 401 Unauthorized response was received from the Unknown server. This is usually the result of an incorrect username or password, etc."
We do have a Exchange Certificate that exists on our Mail Server....I was not here when it was put on so I am a little lost as to how we got it. Does it now need updating since I have turned on Outlook Anywhere? Do we even need it considering we have a 3rd
party certificate? Does the 3rd party one need an update?
I have been working on and off of this for quite some time now and sure would like it to work.
Thanks
