Hi All,

Can you help us with this issue? A user claims that an email that he sent to one of his colleagues is not from him. Upon checking the message tracking logs on HUB server, we have this weird log that was tracked on from his smtp address.

The user is asking for an explanation as it might be a security issue if someone is accessing his account.

Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Thanks!

Reynald
