Hi,
This the second time am installing service Exchange 2010 SP2. The two roles HT & CA install with a green check mark but MB fails with the error below even after deleting the watermark key.
The following error was generated when "$error.Clear();
start-SetupService -ServiceName MSExchangeSA
" was run: "Service 'MSExchangeSA' failed to reach status 'Running' on this server.".
I have initiated the SP2 upgrade again and it seems to be upgrading all the three roles a fresh, could it be harming the two roles that had installed successfully before or that's how it works?
What could be casing this error other than the watermark key, i've checked the logs and i cant seem to get a clue or do i need to uninstall and install the MB role?
