I have come across an issue in Exchange 2010 where the format of the date in an auto response from Exchange in reply to a reccuring meeting has 2 different date formats:

When: Occurs every Friday effective 26/10/2012 until 07/12/2012 from 15:30 to 16:00 (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London
Body of email:
Your request was accepted.
Your request was accepted through 12/7/2012.
All times listed are in the following time zone: Customized Time Zone

I found a thread which seemed to suggest it was to do with System Admin account language setting (I cannot post the link as this is my first post), however I have checked and reapplied the settings across the four servers we have running Exchange and restarted the suggested services and this has not fixed the issue.
In the registry for the 'HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Control Panel\International' the language setting are correct and unified across all 4 servers.
I am at a loss as to what to try next, any suggestions?
