My company is still using Exchange 2003 but we are now in a position (due to system instability) that we must replace our Exchange server ASAP. Because Exchange 2013 is not released we will be using Exchange 2010 but the big question is what Windows Server version to install it on. Server 2012 has just been released so we are wary of it but aren't thrilled with the idea of starting out our new Exchange life on a platform as old as Server 2008. So the question is "which server platform should we use, the old stable 2008 or the new unknown of 2012?"
