Hello,
I have a few users with a weird issue. They complained that a days worth of sent emails were missing from their 'sent items.' I created the users profile on a separate machine w/o cached mode (users are in cached mode) and they messages are stuck in the Outbox. The messages did send however.
They must be stuck somewhere on the server correct?
Can anyone help resolve/troubleshoot this issue?
