Can't mount Database in Exchange 2010

Hi everyone..., I'm starting to consider to move on another way to get emails, Exchange 2010 is, how can I say that..., it gives me headaches!

This morning, some users called me saying that their outlook was not connected. I tried, and it was connected under many machines. I then realized that one of our Store (DB03) was not mounted. The others ones (DB01, DB02 and our Public Folders) were still mounted and working. I tried to mount it with a right click and it gave me this error;

--------------------------------------------------------
Microsoft Exchange Error
--------------------------------------------------------
Failed to mount database 'Mailbox DB03'.

Mailbox DB03

I've searched the web and it seems that no solutions actually 'works'.

I first rebooted the server, and the DB03 still doesn't mount itself, and I still can't mount it manually.

Is there a way to 'fix' this?

We Have Exchange 2010 Version: 14.00.0722.000, running under Windows Server 2008 R2 (Build 7601 : SP1)

Thanks
