Can't Display the Folder. Public Folder Issue

There have been some recent AD topology changes and while almost all my exchange databases are up and running I'm having a strange issue with Public Folders.

I have a single Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3.3 with a single PF database. I see the database as mounted and can access the database from ExFolders just fine. However, when I try and open up any Public Folder from Outlook or OWA, it simply doesn't come up. Outlook displays a "Can't display the folder"

Also, when i run a Get-PublicFolderDatabase the command it pupulates with the name of the PF database and the server.

My Google results don't really give me any insight to this specific issue.
